Tech support is contacted thru the CAD program via menu Help | Troubleshooting where you can email support along with your design file. If you are unable to download click here. If you downloaded and are unable to run the program, please contact customer service. | Design serviceAlthough we strongly recommend that our customers do their own designs in our CAD software, we offer the following design services: making a CAD drawing from a concept or from a hand or paper drawing; converting from another CAD format to eMachineShop CAD; making a drawing from a physical part. These services are offered at a rate of $30/hr. If you need to send us a physical part to draw there is an additional charge of $50 + return shipping if needed. To proceed, provide your credit card via phone or fax and fax or email your requirement or drawing to: designer emachineshop.com If the work will take more than one hour we will provide an estimate to you before proceeding. If we decline the work you will not be charged. You assume full responsibility for checking designs we provide in terms of correctness, dimensions, safety, applicability, etc. If you order parts based on a design we provide, you agree to accept parts manufactured in accordance with the design under the same conditions as if you made the design. |
